The $100 per camper you pay on this page is a non-refundable reservation fee that saves your camper’s spot.

It does not cover the full cost of any camp week. After this payment, you will still need to complete enrollment and pay the remaining camp tuition based on the number of weeks and program type you choose for each camper.

Current prices are shown on the Kids Camp and Teen Camp information pages and the full payment schedule is explained in our Terms & Conditions.

By completing this reservation, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to those prices and terms, including our refund and cancellation policies.

What will happen after I complete

the reservation payment?

After your payment is processed, you will be taken to a confirmation page and, within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to your camper enrollment form.

In that form, you can select the camp weeks for each camper,

(both kids and teens), and also add any important information we should know about every camper such as allergies and dietary restrictions.

Costa Rica Spanish Summer Camp by Explornatura

2025

Surf Lessons at One of the Best Beaches In the World

Twice a week, your teen will paddle out at

Playa Tamarindo, one of the top surf spots in the world.

The water’s warm, the beach is soft, and the vibe is pure Costa Rica. No sharp rocks. No stress. Just good waves and better instructors.

It doesn’t matter if they’ve never touched a board before. Every session is about building confidence, getting outside their comfort zone, and doing something they’ll actually remember.

And yes, surf boards are included ;)

Hands-on

volunteer projects

Once a week, your teen steps into something bigger than themselves.

Whether they’re helping protect sea turtles, planting trees, or supporting a local shelter, they’re not just learning—they’re contributing.

These projects give them a clearer view of the world and their place in it.

They teach empathy, open their eyes to different ways of life, and show what it really means to make an impact.
